LOGISTICS & PROTOCOL (FAQ)

01. ORDER DEPLOYMENT

  • How can I track my asset? Once your order has been cleared for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique Transit ID. Monitor the real-time status via our Locate Asset portal.

  • What are the shipping durations? Every piece is engineered on-demand. Allow 3–5 business days for technical verification and production. Standard transit typically takes 5–10 business days within the USA and 7- 20 business days for Canada and the UK.

  • Can I modify my shipping address? Route modifications must be submitted within a strict 2-hour window of order initialization. Once an asset enters the production queue, the destination is locked.

02. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

  • Are the "Chrono Instruments" (Wall Clocks) silent? Yes. All instruments utilize a silent, high-torque quartz movement mechanism, eliminating audible ticking for a zero-noise environment.

  • What is the quality of the "Structural Canvas"? Our canvases are gallery-wrapped over professional-grade, sustainable wooden frames. We utilize archival-quality inks designed for high-contrast longevity and museum-grade depth.

  • How do I maintain my furnishings?

    • Textiles (Pillows): Spot clean or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry only.

    • Wall Art & Chrono Instruments: Utilize a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners or moisture on the print surface.

03. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • What is your return protocol? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in "Original Deployment Condition." The client is responsible for return logistics and associated shipping costs.

  • Why is there a restocking fee? A 20% Restocking & Technical Inspection Fee is applied to all returns. This covers the manual quality verification and re-integration of the asset into our distribution system.

  • What if my asset arrives damaged? In the rare event of a "Damaged Deployment," contact the Studio within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the asset and its packaging. We will initialize a priority replacement at no additional cost.

04. GLOBAL LOGISTICS & TAXES

  • USA: Sales tax is calculated based on the specific state and local jurisdiction of the destination.

  • Canada: All import duties are pre-integrated into your shipping cost. You will not be required to pay additional clearance fees upon delivery. (Provincial taxes are applied at checkout).

  • UK & International: We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. Both duties and VAT are fully covered in the cost of your deployment. The price you see in the Archive is your final acquisition cost.
