01. ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

The standard return window is 30 days post-delivery. To maintain eligibility, items must be in Original Condition: unworn, unused, with all security tags intact, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all reverse logistics.

02. INITIALIZATION

To initialize a return, contact the logistics desk at info@cruzeno.store or support@cruzeno.com.

NOTE: Unauthorized returns (items sent without a pre-approved return label) will be rejected at the processing center.

03. INSPECTION & DAMAGES

Upon reception, assets must be inspected immediately. If an item is Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect, report the discrepancy to info@cruzeno.store within 48 hours for immediate resolution.

04. EXCLUSIONS (NON-RETURNABLE)

The following assets are ineligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom/Personalized Orders (Special builds)

  • Hazardous Materials (Flammable liquids/gases)

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Personal Care Assets (Beauty/Fragrance)

05. REIMBURSEMENT (REFUNDS)

Following technical inspection and approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If credits are not visible within 15 business days of approval, contact logistics.

06. EU JURISDICTION

For shipments within the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Items must meet all "Original Condition" requirements as stated in Protocol 01.

07. RESTOCKING & RE-ENTRY FEES

All approved returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. This fee covers the technical inspection, quality assurance verification, and administrative processing required to re-integrate the asset into our system. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final reimbursement.

08. REVERSE LOGISTICS (SHIPPING COSTS)

The initialization and cost of return transit are the responsibility of the Client. Cruzeno Studio does not provide pre-paid return labels. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned asset.

09. QUALITY ASSURANCE GUARANTEE

Every Cruzeno asset undergoes a Pre-Deployment Verification process before leaving the studio. Our failure rate is statistically negligible because we prioritize structural integrity and precision over mass-production speed. We stand by the engineering of our products; however, should a technical defect bypass our scanners, Protocol 03 (Damages) applies immediately.
