Shipping policy


01. DISTRIBUTION ZONES 

Cruzeno Studio currently operates specialized deployment across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Each region is handled via a dedicated logistics network to ensure maximum structural integrity during transit.

02. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

As each asset is engineered to order via our specialized production network, please allow 2–5 business days for manufacturing and technical quality inspection before shipment initialization.

03. LOGISTICS TRANSIT & RATES

Once an asset is cleared for dispatch, the following rates and estimated windows apply:

  • United States: $5.00 USD Flat Rate | 3–7 Business Days.

  • Canada: $7.00 CAD Flat Rate | 7–20 Business Days.

  • United Kingdom, EU & ANZ: £4.00 GBP Flat Rate | 7–20 Business Days.

Note: These are estimated windows. High-demand periods, industrial production surges, or carrier delays may affect final delivery dates.

Free Shipping: All global orders exceeding $150 USD (or regional equivalent) qualify for complimentary priority deployment.

04. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES 

  • United States: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

  • Canada: All import duties are fully integrated into your shipping cost. You will not be required to pay additional clearance fees upon delivery.

  • United Kingdom, EU & ANZ: We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. Both duties and VAT are fully covered in the cost of your deployment. The price listed in the Archive is your final acquisition cost.

05. FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE ASSETS

To maintain the security of our inventory, the following items are classified as Final Sale:

  • Gift Cards: Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Custom Commissions: Bespoke modifications are ineligible for return.

  • Archive Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for the standard return protocol.

06. FULFILLMENT ARCHITECTURE

To ensure maximum efficiency, orders containing multiple different assets may be dispatched in separate shipments. You will receive individual Logistics Tracking Numbers for each package in your order.
